This policy explains how Tempest Tactics handles personal information received through tempesttactics.com. The website has one form, the contact form, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.

Information we receive

Through the contact form, Tempest Tactics may receive:

your organisation, if you choose to provide it;

the message you write.

Technical information, such as your IP address, may be processed briefly where genuinely necessary for website security, abuse prevention and delivery of your request. It is not used to identify or profile visitors.

Why we use it

to receive and respond to your enquiry;
to understand the project or requirement you describe;
to communicate with you about a potential professional relationship;
to protect the website and the form against abuse where necessary.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or newsletters, and we do not subscribe you to anything.

Legal basis

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Where the enquiry is made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to professional communications (art. 6(1)(f)). Limited technical processing to protect the website relies on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure (art. 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form is not treated as consent to any other use.

Retention

Information submitted through the contact form is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. The website itself does not store form submissions; they are delivered by email.

Service providers

The website is hosted by a hosting provider. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and then received in our business email account. These providers process the information only to operate the website and deliver your enquiry, and some of them may process it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send requests to info@tempesttactics.com. We will only ask for additional information if it is genuinely needed to verify your identity.
